What ever happens, and costs, including, but not limited to prevent the launch of a new low, even though the company has something personally knows all! Out of all the companies that started out of the country, it is estimated that 80% of them will fail in the first year! (I'm not 100% certain, however, knows about this stat is great!)

What ever the reason for starting a new business in 2011, I wish you every success and happiness! It is a great adventure and the feeling is my boss; It is, however, also work! So our first week back in 2011, Vice President of business development, and I must say it has been very productive! Multiple-tasks, which have been on my list for quite some time now (you know the ones, which is a good idea to do, but because they are less important than the other!) is now done! Tilimme are up-to-date thanks to the Wifey and we touched base with quite a lot to all of the clients/projects, happy holidays! All in all a great first week back in the Office!

Running and owning a business that is based on the priority service (clean design), we will be charging money we spend in doing so, they work from customers time! This is OK, great, because the base growing our clients allows us to work 9-5 weeks for generating sufficient revenues to pay for wages and salaries, etc, but we are still limited, we can physically hours!

Some shitty jobs having worked in the past, I am really grateful to my may, if I am right now! OK, you could argue that yet another weekend I worked/evening or I can turn off sometimes, however, this we call the "business" is one of the high octane of life, I personally enjoy! If you do something you enjoy, then you could argue, is it really work?

Know of a blog post by typing this Saturday night, does not make me a millionaire overnight! However, the spread of the regular blog posts for more than 12-24 months, and they really improve the sites, the search results in Google, Yahoo and Bing … Knock is a global impact, enhance SERPs (Search Engine result pages) and many more wonderful readers!

Is not a secret; the aim of the blog a lot size of 2011! And this I will be focusing on my time and energy to sell services as compared to the number of products … As much as I love web design and clean design is more than our bonds, it is we can all just work so many hours in a day! Service-based business is often available during normal working hours! My plans are to create multiple ranking blogs, that will charge companies to add a space (or offer to us to develop perusmainostuotteeseen products), in theory, give us the opportunity to make money, even if we sleep! If you want to be successful is to sell the time hours, rather than make an hour of work, and make sure that the work will continue to earn money!

What is an intelligent approach to make money and you can really put into This sentence, or paragraph for all to read? I personally avoid "Get Rich Quick" schemes like the plague! What I am opittujen in a very short time, have been in the Business (about four years now!) does not have any thing as a free lunch! All life and business, with some long-term planning, detailed preparation and a lot of work!

Theory of the smart approach to make money is to find a comfortable balance between products and services … Do not fully trust, i.e., a new business or sell time … Include why not to repeat business with your company to re-sell or sublet their unused contracted service/product to existing clients … Offering value is also very important to the business, make sure what you give to the customer for every penny is worth it!

How can you create a return on the value delivered? Well, if you are really creating value for customers and to provide opportunities to literally jump off then, you can! The actual value is something we all search for a recession or no recession! If this value can include your own branding, you should find your own brand and sell itself through word of mouth and reputation!

So, to conclude … Even if the money to open many doors and creates the possibility to, if all your focus will be to make money, you may find a long and lonely road, you can! For me, the smart approach to making money makes something you can really enjoy, something that innoittaa others and offers real value to all involved! In this way, even if you don't become the next Warren Buffett at least had a fun journey!

Over the last X6 months I have really enjoyed blogging and learning all about the benefits of blogs for businesses. Although Global Warming Today was my first ever blog, this I setup to educate myself on climate change and also blogging itself, I guess you could say my heart lies with this blog. I mean, although it is titled a “Business & Investment Blog” it is also a means for me to ramble about life and promote new ideas, businesses and projects that I am involved with.

Something I have realised since starting to blog is you need to be disciplined not to ‘find’ the time, but to ‘make’ the time to post new and exciting articles! And during these tough economic times, if you are running a small business, paying staff wages and working hard to keep ALL customers happy then finding this time can be difficult.

If the above sounds like you then I can personally relate to it! Almost all my own blog posts are written before or after work hours, over the weekends etc… I push myself constantly to ensure new content is added as often as possible, because I want my own sites / business ideas to develop and evolve… If I can find time, then so can you!

Another great thing about blogging for businesses is how quick content can be indexed by Google, unlike new web pages that may take months to be indexed; a new blog post could appear in Google’s search results in a matter of hours!

1 ) Don’t publish what you can tweet
2 ) Try keeping blog posts over 450 words
3 ) Make titles interesting and incorporate (not spam) keywords about your business
4 ) A blog post should be informative and offer something of value
5 ) Get a friend, colleague or partner to read your blog, check grammar, spelling etc
6 ) Try to be consistent in your style of writing, layout and opinions
7 ) Try to encourage visitors to interact with your site and post comments
8 ) Don’t forget to blog. Regular posts will attract not only readers but search engines
9 ) Research competitors, what are they blogging about?
10 ) When you publish a new blog post tell the world via sites such as twitter & digg.

Before we continue and look at the above points in more detail, please note that your blog will not become a massive success overnight! I have done lots of research online and everyone seems to say allow X6 months or more for a blog to take off… Also, don’t expect to make money from a blog, but expect to make money because you blog!

Think of your blog as like a long term investment, you put up the initial outlay, you invest your time and money into it, then in the back of your mind you may one day think will I ever see a return on this investment? Do people actually like what I write? Is blogging really helping boost my search results and new business generated online? Yes, X6 months of blogging is a big commitment, however building a solid foundation for your business and organic search engine results is going to be hard work! We live in a competitive world, and competition is good for business!

For now let’s step back and look at the ten tips for blogging I listed above. Below I have made some notes on each; I hope you find them of some use.

By this I mean don’t blog for the sake of blogging, if you have 5mins to spare after a busy day at the office then you suddenly think shit I haven’t blogged in months, don’t do it for the sake of it! It really does bug me when I stumble across blog posts with catchy titles but no real content or value.

If you are looking to say “Hi guys, I’ve just created this amazing new tool for your business!” then why not setup a twitter account and use that? I would say keep your business blog for awesome content, write a glowing report on that new tool for businesses you created, then tweet a link directing people to that blog post!

The long and short of it is search engines like to find and index unique content on the web, content is king! When it comes to writing blog posts for your company website try to make sure they offer the search engines some good old data for them to take away.

Sometime ago I found a report that said high ranking blogs such as SEOmoz.org had an average of 740 words per blog post. I guess the correct number of words for any blog post is the number it takes to complete it, so if you need to write 2000+ then write 2000+, however if top ranking blogs average 740 then that should be telling you something.

So why have I said try keeping blog posts over 450 and not 740? Well, this is just a guideline, for me 450 is enough to include some real value… And 450 is a number that all of us can set and achieve! Not all business owners will be avid bloggers and enjoying writing pages and pages of content, also they will have a business to run! My point is to set a minimal number of words for your blog post, anything over that number will then be a bonus!

If you haven’t already then please make sure the URL’s generated by your blogging software include keywords relevant to your blog post and title. It is much more difficult to achieve tidy search results if a blog post you have titled “X10 tips for writing blog posts” is visible on a page named yourbusiness.com/yourblog/?p=54 … What you want it to be called is yourbusiness.com/yourblog/10-tips-for-writing-blog-posts because this contains those all important keywords!

Try to incorporate keywords relevant to your business and the products or services mentioned in that particular blog post. Why not search for “google adwords keyword tool” on the web and research some of the more commonly searched phrases related to your blog post. Finding out what words are popular could really influence the page name, page title and content of your blog post.

Research on blogging and successful bloggers has showed me that educating the reader is a highly effective way of generating business and loyal followers. Before starting any new blog posts I think it is important to define your goals and identify why you are writing it? Are you simply trying to say “buy my product now” or are you telling people about you, your plans for the future etc? How personal are you prepared to make each blog post, and what can you offer within each blog post that is unique to all others? This is sooo important, especially if like me you don’t read a lot or didn’t pay that much attention in school. Although it is good practice to read and re-read all new blog posts, do several spell checks etc, sometimes typos do find there way onto a website or blog, if this happens don’t loose sleep over it, I know I wont! However, the less typos you do end up publishing the better, a sloppy blog post on a company website could do more harm than good!

Like all things in life, the more you do the better you become! My first few blogs posts took ages to write, and my wife found lots of silly typos! However, after lots of practice I now find blogging much easier and it has become part of my day to day business!

When it comes to writing a blog post try and keep some consistency in all posts, by this I mean the layout of photos, bullets, banners, font, colours etc… It is amazing how many people want one webpage to look like X and another webpage to look like Y… When it comes to website design and blogging remember to keep things consistent, this keeps things simple, not only for you but for the user! Also, don’t write for someone else’s approval, make sure the blog represents you and reflects your business. Although our own blogs are still pretty young in the grand scheme of things, I do end each post with a question or two directed at you the reader, however I am finding decent comments few and far between! Ok, if I wanted a Rolex or to improve my sex life then I would have thousands of comments! Let’s face it; automated spam sent to your blog is not worth publishing for actual readers / customers to view… Although decent comments are hard to come by, when you do finally receive one it feels awesome! In my opinion a blog (or website) that has its news last updated 3 or more months ago gives the impression of an unloved business / website. I mean come on; if you are asking people to buy a product or service from you then this does not create a good impression! Think of your website as your shop window, and think of your blog as your own News station keeping the world up-to-date on what’s new and happening at your business.

Updating a blog with regular posts will give your readers a reason to check back more often, more content will also create opportunities for inbound links to your blog! Blog maintenance really is a win win situation for the blogger and reader!

In business it is important not to re-invent the wheel too often; by this I mean almost all new businesses will have some form of competition out their already established! This head start could be seen as a hurdle or challenge, but in terms of website development and blogging it should be seen as a form of research… Take the time to look at others in your sector. Do they blog? Do they tweet? Do they have a site? Then look at what they blog, how often they blog, what they tweet, how often they tweet etc! If you are actively using social sites to promote your business then your friends or followers are the perfect people to notify about new blog posts. You may also want to search users and network with other bloggers, ask people for inspiration, feedback, comments or simply say “please forward this new blog post to your friends”.

It is no secret that so many bloggers have embraced social networking sites such as twitter, using them as a means to promote new blog posts, attract visitors and speed up the indexing process. If you have not already then please register your company name with twitter, digg, facebook, youtube etc… Even if you don’t end up using them just yet, it is better to have and not need than to need and not have!

So there you have it, X10 tips for writing a blog post… Whether you are a small business, large business or simply a dude who blogs for fun, I hope the above information was of some value to you? Let me start off by saying, I have no political power or have ever been in a position of the people. However, I am an American who can elect people into that power. And the greatest election of them all is the office of the President of the United States. So what do all voters ask themselves before voting for a Presidential candidate? Are they qualified to do the job. Now the main point I want to talk about is the upcoming 2012 presidential election. And specifically Sarah Palin. This election has already been widely publicized by the media. There’s been speculation about candidates, whether or not Obama can win re-election, etc. But back to the qualifications. Is Obama really qualified to be President of the United States? If you’d ask a voter in 2008, they’d say absolutely. If you asked a voter in 2011, they’d likely say no. With a 50% approval rating, Barack Obama has gone from the Liberals savior to the countries pinhead. With his socialist policies such as Obamacare and the people he surrounds himself with, Barack Obama has done and said things that many Americans question dearly. And with just over 700 days in office, President Obama has even lower approval ratings than George Bush did at this same time during his Presidency. At 700 days in office, Obama is at a 50% approval rating and Bush had a 63% overall approval rating. But lets not look at the past right now, lets look at the present. Like I said earlier, the 2012 election. I predict now that it will go down as one of the most historical elections in this nations history. It could either be a huge win for the Republicans or a comeback for President Obama. And we got a little sneak peek at how the 2012 election could turn out, after the Republicans huge win in the 2010 Mid-Term election. All thanks to The Tea Party that is. But beside that, the main point I wanted to say is what are the real qualifications of being president? Is it being a senator for 6 years or being in congress for terms upon terms? Or how about a PhD from Harvard or Yale. No. The most important and the main qualification of being a president is leading and putting the country first. Not someone who is young and can relate to the young liberal crowd. A person who can lead this country to the top and to the best for the American people. And to keep that beacon of freedom alive. The United States of America is the best country in the universe. And you can’t debate it. So when we elect a President, that doesn’t lead us the right way and to the top, we must fire them.That being said, I do not believe that Obama is a leader. He is not a patriot. And that’s not because I’m Conservative and he’s Liberal. It’s because he does not lead this country to its best and to the top. And in relation to the 2012 election, one of the most widely speculated presidential candidates, Sarah Palin, has been said to be unqualified to be the President of the United States.

And yes even GOP elites have claimed this same statement. Which I see as a mistake in the future. Now as a huge Palin supporter, I look at this statement critically and analyze her qualifications, if she chooses to run for office. And I still strongly believe that she definitely is. Now before all the Liberals start leaving hate comments, hear me out. I have a good reason as to why. As I said earlier, the main qualification that a President needs, is leadership. Leading a nation and taking charge is what a President must do while in office. And part of being that leader is supporting and defending the constitution at all costs. Our nation was founded on these key principles, that Barack Obama doesn’t want to follow. And it’s wrong. It’s not the American way. It’s not in the best interest of our country. But just recently in the past two years, a new movement came about. The Tea Party. And at the center of it all is Governor Sarah Palin. She took charge with the tea party and said hey, this isn’t right for our country and for the future generations. And from the results of the 2010 Mid-Term election, Sarah Palin made a major mark in American Politics. A mark that will definitely be in the history books. Now with her taking charge and becoming such a huge political figure/speculated candidate, she was criticized as not being qualified for running for office. One main aspect the main stream media brought up, was the fact that she resigned as Governor in July 2009. The Liberal left says she doesn’t have enough experience for being only a half term governor and for not being on the national level of politics. They claim she is a media and money whore, and is only in it for the notoriety. But if you stop reading and watching all of this made up BS, you learn that Sarah Palin is a true candidate and definitely one of the most qualified candidates for the office of President.

They chastise her for not going to a major ivy league college. Yes she has a bachelor degree from the University of Idaho, but isn’t that something we want her to have? We need now, more than ever, a candidate that is an everyday normal American citizen. Not someone who has a JD from Harvard. Someone who is at home with Americans.

They say she has no experience. Some of the best Presidents in the history of the country were Governors just like Sarah Palin. Yes, she did resign in 2009, but she was still Gov. and was exposed to politics on the nation level, being the 2008 GOP VP Nominee. Plus do not forget her municipal government experience. While it may not be glamorous — municipal government affects our day-to-day lives in significant ways: the amount of sales tax we pay, our property tax burden, the quality of our children’s public schools — our city parks, streets and amenities — and the safety of our neighborhoods and drinking water. Municipal government determines whether our community welcomes free enterprise or creates unnecessary barriers to commerce. As a mayor and city manager for six years, Sarah Palin presided over an $11 million operating budget in Wasilla, Alaska. Serving as her city’s youngest chief executive, Palin supervised city personnel, made hiring and firing decisions, and drafted detailed financial documents. She made Wasilla one of the fastest growing cities in not only Alaska, but America as well. Palin even once said that municipal governance is, “great training ground” for national leaders. She says economic growth starts at the local level, not the national. Those 10 years being Mayor and City Manager to help in running a country. This history, is something that I believe you should not, when questioning Palin’s qualifications.

Polls. Yes Palin isn’t doing too hot in the polls right now. But I believe it’s because no one has officially announced their candidacy yet. Yes, she is still considered one of the GOP front runners along with Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee. However, I think once Republican candidates begin announcing their run, polls will change. And if Palin runs and wins the GOP nomination, polls will change drastically in 2012. Plus nowadays, some polls aren’t that trustworthy.

Finally, The Tea Party. You tell me The Tea Party had no affect on America, I’ll call you an idiot. The Tea Party is the only reason the current 112th congress has a GOP controlled House and a dying Democratic Senate. Palin endorsed many candidates in the 2010 Mid-Term election. And over 70% of them won. Some were candidates that citizens have never even heard of before. New guys that were elected because of their similarity with average Americans. And their commonsense solutions. These newly elected Tea Party candidates also promised to Americans, that Obamacare would be repealed and that spending would stop. So far they’ve kept their promise. And this great country is getting back on the right track.

So when you say, Sarah Palin is not qualified to be the 45th President of the United States, I ask then what is. Is it screwing America, killing defense, and killing jobs? Because if you believe it is, vote for Barack Obama in 2012. But if you don’t, ask yourself this last note. Do you want 4 more years of the same, or 4 new years of a President that can get us back on the right track. Tornado lashed out Billings, Montana. The region was severely damaged as a fast-developing storm turned into a tornado. According to the locals, an entertainment complex was damaged. Its roof was ripped apart. Besides, extensive damage was caused in the region.

However, officials have confirmed that nobody has been injured in the tornado. But properties have been damaged. And it is too early for officials to estimate the actual damage as long the wind continues to keep the locals inside their homes. Amateur video has photographed the scenario. It showed cloud hovering over the MetraPark venue.

This region is home to a sports arena, expo center and other facilities. The storm was so strong that it kicked up debris. Besides, the roof of one of the complex’s buildings came down.

According to Gov. Brian Schweitzer, roof damage was major in the sense that it could cost the authorities something between $8 million and $15 million to resurrect it. However, Brian said that had the arena been hosting an even the casualties would have been huge. At around 4:30 p.m. (6:30 p.m. ET) when the twister struck the venue was empty.

I couldn't help but go "ohhhhhhhh" at the end and so did everyone else at T's Restaurant and Bar this past Sunday night with HRC screening the very first episode of this landmark lesbian reality series The Real L Word.

Last night T's was packed with hopeful and bitter women circled around beers chatting with buddies and new friends alike. I too ran into a few familiar faces and circled around my own friends to watch reactions and to gossip afterward. Reality shows are really good for this one thing. If you weren't talking about an issue before....you will now. I can remember watching The L Word with my ex-girlfriend and trying to avoid the similarities from screen paralleling my life and relationships but I couldn't beat it in the end! Even outside of relationships, they are really good in getting a community of people thinking. Thoughts help to create change. Like what exactly do you want to see in shows that are meant to represent the lesbian and queer women's community? Yeah, good job getting that moving Showtime.

Additional Comments

In the beginning, I was a bit nervous that they had forgotten that this was suppose to be a reality series and instead had created a lesbian documentary! After about fifteen minutes, I was pleasantly welcomed with the feel of what I had anticipated. A reality series comparable with The Real Housewives of Jersey. Accomplished.

My jaw dropped to the floor when Whitney turned around, looped it, and picked up another girl at the same airport where she had just dropped Sara off. She was just tangled in her arms, naked and sweaty, making sweet love! Whew, she may not call it playing but many will!

Now, I'm certain that there are many of us that can relate to Whitney. She has such a warm heart and cares so much that it hurts her to see others hurt. She really does have feelings for all the women she dates but just can't figure out what she wants; monogamy, poloyamory, open relationships. Women, we know, but Whitney girl, what do you want??? She's got to take the risk of failure and make a choice or she will just keep breaking hearts. Trust, she can always get a another woman with that sexy look of hers and that bubbly tongue. She sure is fun to watch and I love the drama she is bringing to the show and no doubt there will be more!

Major shout out to Magical Elves, the Audio Production Team, The Producers....hell everyone on The Real L Word team. On a technical level it was fantastic and pretty incredible how they were able to work the music in a way that showed irony and humor and wtfs so well!

KTLA quoted sources saying Bach called police and reported her husband had shot himself.

The National Enquirer, recognize the source people, has put the alleged Obama affair back in the new. This time there is apparently surveillance video that will show “indisputable evidence”.

Now I do say recognize the source, but the National Enquirer has broken huge scandals in the past – John Edwards, Tiger Woods, etc. But the evidence thus far is seriously lacking, never mind that fact that she has denied the allegations for years.

Here is the evidence the Enquirer provides. A limo driver has come forward saying her was hired to dive Obama and Baker to various locations while they were campaigning.

One particular witness to the alleged affair is a limo driver. He reportedly drove Baker to a hotel where Obama was staying. The driver said he waited in the lobby as Baker went inside to change. He talks of driving Vera Baker and Barack Obama to various locations so they could campaign for funds.

He says he drove Baker

“from a friend’s home in the D.C. area to the Hotel George where I learned later that Obama would be spending the night.” The driver claims that he “waited in the lobby while she went to change her outfit. But to the best of my knowledge she did not have a room at the hotel and she was not staying there so I thought that it was a bit odd…About 10:30 p.m., I drove them to the hotel and they went in together! My services for the evening were done,” he notes, adding that “there was absolutely no indication she was going to leave the hotel that night.”

Well it would make sense that the limo driver wouldn’t know if she has reservations or not, how is that his business? I also find it hard to believe that Obama hired some random limo driver, that would be likely to leak such information, were it true.

However, the National Enquirer claims that there is

“on-site hotel surveillance video camera footage could provide indisputable evidence … investigators are working to obtain the tape. If the tape surfaces, it will explode the scandal.”

There is only one picture of Vera Baker, and I have posted it below. Not a single photo exists of Obama and Vera together, even from this alleged video surveillance.

NJ School Budget Results News

The NJ school budget results reveal New Jersey residents voted against budgets that sought to raise property taxes in Ridgewood, Edison and Teaneck. Many of the districts saw the largest voter turnout in years yesterday. Spending plans in Hoboken and Jersey City were approved.

The NJ school budget results in Middlesex County rejected 15 out of 24 proposed budgets. Plans were also rejected in East Brunswick, Jamesburg, Milltown, Monroe, Sayreville, Woodbridge and Old Bridge. Approvals occurred in Metuchen, North Brunswick and the West Windsor-Plainsboro school district.

Hunterdon County saw the most rejections with only 5 out of 28 budget proposals passed. New Jersey already has record high property taxes, making voters apprehensive about paying more money for NJ school budgets. New Jersey is currently ranked eleventh in the nation for highest foreclosure rates in March.

The recession has created a sore spot for schools and teachers. School budget cuts continue to take place that result in job losses and lower quality education. The one exception in NJ was in South Orange-Maplewood schools who rely on panel approval rather than voter approval.

The panel unanimously voted yes to a $108.6 million plan. Under Governor Chris Christie, the district lost $5.3 million in aid. The approved NJ school budget grants 76 aides, but does call for a wage freeze. Christie urged voters not to vote for budgets that don't include a pay freeze.

Actress Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon chose a very public forum to accuse her husband, CAA agent Mike Nilon, of cheating. In an e-mail making the rounds at the agency with the subject line "Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon," the former "NYPD Blue" star wrote to Nilon's colleagues, "What do they have in common . . . I found out today that MY husband of almost 9 yrs has been having an affair for 5 yrs with some slut in Chicago. I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!! Our boys don't deserve this!" Neither Beauvais-Nilon nor Nilon responded to multiple calls and e-mails seeking comment. CAA had no comment.
An e-mail written by The Jamie Foxx Show actress is apparently making the rounds at the Creative Artists Agency, where Mike Nilon works, with the subject line: Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon.

It says, "What do they have in common . . . I found out today that MY husband of almost 9 yrs has been having an affair for 5 yrs with some (one) in Chicago. I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!!"

Beauvais-Nilon tells UsMagazine.com in a statement, "My focus at this time is on my kids and healing the pain. There will be no further comment."
